Frederick R. Molander, DMD

Dr. Molander has been practicing general dentistry in the state of Maine for the past 37 years. He graduated from the University of Massachusetts and completed dental school at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 1972. After serving as a general dentist with the Air Force for two years, Dr. Molander settled in Portland to practice.

A well-respected member of the dental community, Dr. Molander serves on the committee of continuing education for the Maine Academy of General Dentistry. He is an active member of the American Dental Association, Maine Dental Association, Greater Portland Dental Society, and the Academy of General Dentistry.

Dr. Molander and his wife, Debby, live in Yarmouth, where they raised their two sons. He keeps fit by playing hockey twice a week. (“Not a lot of checking,” he’s quick to point out!) He’s also a photographer whose travel photos brighten the walls of the office.
